We were so lucky to get free tickets to an Ohio Machine lacrosse game. The kids and I had never watched lacrosse and we really enjoyed it. As we were walking in, the kids noticed the ambulances right away. Since EMS wasn't busy, they were more than thrilled to show the kids the inside of their ambulance. Alexa asked one of them what the EKG monitor was for and he replied, "Oh, that's where we watch television!"
It was quite busy, especially on the home side, so we walked over to the visitors side so the kids would have more room to move around and hopefully we wouldn't disturb anyone with our four children. Luckily, it was loud enough there that no one would even notice if Bowen started to fuss.
Tysen really surprised us by how interested in the game he was. Matt would say, "Tysen, where's the ball?" And he would point right to it.
You can see how packed the home side is across from us.
They even had a bounce house for the kids! Since my kids were so much smaller than most of the kids in line, the attendant only let Alexa, Gavin, Tysen, and I in for about 10 minutes so that they wouldn't get trampled. They had a blast and got nice and sweaty!
Alexa is laying on the floor of the bounce house and letting her brothers jump near her to make her bounce.
After the game, there was a wonderful fireworks display. Our kids found a prime spot to watch, next to their new EMS friends!
Bowen was only 6 weeks old and got to see his first lacrosse game!
Uncle Brian was working at the game and the kids were excited to see him. OSU provided the medical coverage.
When Alexa hears music, her body just starts moving!
