I decided to start teaching Tysen how to ride without training wheels. I went to the garage to find a wrench and by the time I came back, Gavin had them off! He just used his hands to twist off the bolts. I was impressed he knew how to do that. 

The kids were fascinated by this fat toad. Tysen wanted me to take a picture so we could show Alexa and Gavin when they got home from school.

Alexa ran back to kiss me goodbye at the last moment, but Gavin didn't look back until he was seated and then he waved to us. 

After the big kids went off to school, I took the younger ones to play at a park.

She's so happy! She loves getting a little more independence. 

Tysen looks really tall. He's growing up fast. He'll start school next fall. I'm glad to have another year with him.
