Gavin Rolled Over!

It's official- Gavin can now roll over! All of his hard work has finally paid off. He rolled over for the first time on Monday and his teacher at daycare witnessed it. I was so excited to see it for myself, but he was so exhausted that he slept all that evening. He rolled over more at daycare on Tuesday and several more times at home for Mommy, Daddy, and Alexa.

4/26/2009 Innis Woods

It was so nice out this evening that we decided it would be a perfect night to go check out a park called Inniswoods. Some friends of ours had recommended it and said the kids would enjoy it- and they were right. We wished that we had gotten there earlier because there was so much to see and the park closed at dark. Alexa is going to sleep well tonight because she got so much exercise running around.

I love this picture with the sunset in the background.

Alexa is leaning over the railing to check out the leaves.

Even Gavin enjoyed our outing. He was happy the whole time.

Alexa has discovered that she can stick things up her nose.

Love the monkey pajamas, Gavin!
I think he is trying to break his first tooth. He's been drooling a lot lately and chewing on his fist.

Time for bed

Daddy's reading bedtime stories tonight. Alexa is concentrating on the book while Gavin concentrates on trying to roll over.

Gavin 14 weeks old

Gavin's teacher at daycare took all the infants outside to get some fresh air on Friday. She said that afterwards, Gavin was so worn out that he took a 4 hour nap!

Goodnight, Sweetheart

Alexa's not one to just sit still- she's always on the move!

happy baby boy as usual

Alexa loves bath time!

Alexa's first corn on the cob!
I eventually had to take the handles away because she discovered that they came out and I was afraid she was going to stab herself with the sharp prongs.

Gavin is so close to rolling over! He just needs a little nudge.
