This picture was taken the evening before going to the hospital. It's our last "family of 6" picture.
Matt looks too comfortable in the delivery room while I am in labor.
The kids were so excited to come meet their new baby sister.
Erika Vanessa Briggs was born on June 1st. She was a big, healthy baby at 9lbs 10oz and 22in long.
We didn't know that she was a girl so we were all very surprised.
Alexa is thrilled to finally have a sister.

Erika needed to stay an extra day in the hospital because she had some low blood sugar issues after birth. It's common with big babies. We had to supplement with formula after breast feeding and after 24 hours she had normal levels.
Ready to go home!
