Trick- Or- Treat
Just after we got Alexa into her costume, a trick-or-treater rang our doorbell. Alexa came with me to answer the door. When we opened the door, Alexa came face-to-face with another Elmo! I wish that I could have captured the look on their faces. It was a little boy the same age as Alexa. They hugged each other and Alexa gave him lots of candy. He also had the same Elmo treat bucket.

Alexa was a little scared of the ghost at first. It was noise activated so it started moving and making scary noises when we walked by. Once we got past the ghost, Alexa turned and said, "Good-bye, Ghost!" as she waved! It was adorable!

I took Alexa to the New Albany fire station for cider and donuts with the firemen. She loved seeing the big fire trucks.

Alexa had fun taking all the candy out of the bucket and then putting it all back inside. She ate a package of M&M's.

Poor baby Gavin is sick. He's running a high fever due to an ear infection. His pediatrician started him on Amoxicillin, so hopefully he starts feeling better soon. Unfortunately, he missed his first trick-or-treating experience. He stayed home with Daddy while Mommy took Alexa around the block.
