Tysen loves it when Gavin "holds" him.
Tysen is now eating 5 oz of breastmilk every 3-4 hours during the day. At night, he is sleeping about 7-8 hours. He is such a good boy!
This is my last week home with the kids. I start back to work on Valentine's day and that will also be the kids' first day back to daycare since I started my maternity leave. I can't believe how fast the eight weeks went by. In some ways, I think it will be nice to go back to work but I am really going to miss these little guys. It's been pretty stressful at home and I've really had my hands full, especially with a newborn. Most days I feel like all I do is pick up messes that the kids make! I hope the transition back to work goes smoothly. I am most worried about just being late everyday. It takes so long to get all the kids ready and buckled up in their car seats, especially in the winter when everyone needs a coat, hat, and mittens, too.
Alexa wanted to make Daddy a Valentine card today. She really wanted to use glue and glitter, but oh darn...we are all out of glue!
Gavin was really interested in his building blocks today. Usually he just dumps out the whole bag and then throws the blocks all around the living and dining room. Today he actually sat down and built a pretty impressive tower.
He was concentrating so hard, but his tall tower kept falling down.
