Grandpa and Grandma McGrew took Alexa to Build-A-Bear Workshop on Saturday so that she could pick out a teddy bear for her (early) birthday present.

She fell in love with the very first choice and wouldn't let go!

She picked out a special heart, gave it a kiss, and helped place it inside her bear.

Alexa stood on the foot pedal to help stuff her bear. Now she's giving the bear a hug to make sure it's cuddly enough.

Now it's accessory time! The bear is dressed in an OSU cheer leading outfit to match Alexa's outfit.

What a fun birthday present! I'm sure Alexa will enjoy looking at these photos for years to come.

We registered her bear and made a birth certificate. I asked her what the teddy bear's name was and she replied, "Roar!"

Here is Roar's special carrying box. Later that night, Alexa used her crayons to brighten it up.
