We had a very fun afternoon at the Columbus Zoo on Friday. It turned out to be a wonderful day to spend at the zoo as it was warm and sunny. Plus, since it was Friday, there were no crowds which made it nice with the double stroller. We were able to get right up close to all the exhibits. We enjoyed seeing the baby elephant and Alexa's favorite was the carousel ride! She also got her face painted which she thought was really cool. She picked out a shark. We're having a blast with Grandpa and Grandma McGrew!
This is the prettiest pheasant that I've ever seen!

Gavin was a little bit nervous on the carousel. He didn't cry, but he didn't love it like Alexa!
I was surprised at how still Alexa sat while the man was painting her face. I really was just holding back her hair.
