Alexa loves to help me bake!
She did a great job pouring in the vegetable oil. She didn't spill any of it!
Her favorite part is cracking the eggs.
Just a little taste
We had to go upstairs and change her clothes once we put the brownies in the oven because her clothes got a little bit messy!
She can't wait until they are done.
Still checking on them. They turned out perfect. Good job, Alexa!
Gavin is going after the remote. 
We watched Finding Nemo last night. Alexa was scared of the shark.
Alexa loves to sit and "read" her books.
He looks like a little man!
I took Alexa to get a haircut this evening. Her hair is getting crazy!
She was very excited and proud to sit in the chair. I had told her beforehand that if she was good, we would go pick out a toy later. During the haircut, she kept turning around and talking to the stylist saying, "I get an Elmo toy!"
She held very still for the haircut.
The stylist asked me how old Alexa was and as I said, "Two," Alexa held up two fingers to show her.
After the haircut! Isn't she beautiful?
She needed a snack and asked for a pear. She's such a good eater! She ate the whole thing. 
Gavin was so hungry tonight. He ate nearly all of that food! He loves chicken and noodles.
Alexa had finished her supper (some of it remains on her clothes) and she is watching Blue's Clues while Gavin finishes up.
No ifs, ands, or butts about it- it's time to take a bath!
Alexa got this new Elmo bath toy from Grandma Briggs.
And this is Swim Elmo that Grandpa and Grandma McGrew gave her for Christmas.
Now we are having playtime and story time before bed.
They love playing in Alexa's closet. Mostly they just like making a mess by pulling all the books off the shelves.
Now they are wrestling.
Gavin's First Oreo!
He immediately separated the cookie, just like how his daddy eats Oreos!
Then he crushed the rest!
Alexa just got out of the bath tub. Now we are all going to cuddle up and watch a Big Bird movie before bedtime.
Gavin's all cleaned up after the Oreo.
Mommy is so thrilled to be watching the Big Bird movie for the 100th time...
We had some family come visit us from Omaha this weekend!
And here's Aunt Christina and Aunt Diana (Matthew's sisters) with Alexa.
When I ask her to smile for the camera, she sticks out her tongue!
We had a fun weekend relaxing, watching movies, and playing the Wii.
