We went to see Red, White, and Boom tonight! Due to the traffic, we decided to park at our friend's house and ride our bikes downtown. The police had the streets blocked off for cars so it was perfect for us. It was a really amazing experience to be approaching the fireworks by bike. The kids were in the buggy behind Matt. I could see Gavin pointing at the fireworks and Alexa was covering her ears. 
This is how the kids looked once we stopped pedaling! They look a little concerned, but at least they weren't crying.

Our kids love John.I actually shot this video while I was riding my bike. Sorry if it is a little bumpy, but it's the best I could do. I was following Matt and the kids and I almost felt like we were in a scene from some cheesy action movie where the city is being blown up. I almost expected to see Godzilla.
We purchased a bunch of safety lights for our bikes and the kids had a lot of fun playing with them.
