Gabbi loves it when the kids give her attention.

I know that I am late posting this, but here are Gavin's stats from his 18 month wellness check-up. Weight= 24 lbs 3 oz (10-25th%) Height= 33 in (75%) Head= 48.6 cm (75%)

Ohio State Fair 2010

We had a wonderful evening at the state fair. We were so glad that we went later in the day because the temperature was decent and it wasn't crowded at all.
Alexa in front of the butter statues.
Waiting in line for the carousel.

Unfortunately, this was the only ride that Gavin was able to ride due to his height. He loved it, though, and I'm sure next year he'll have a blast riding everything with Alexa.

Gavin was such a good boy waiting in the stroller while Alexa and Daddy rode some rides. I was afraid that he would get upset, but he just sat there and watched all the people.

This picture just makes me laugh. Matt looks so silly stuffed in that caterpillar.

Now that you can see Alexa, it's just cute.

Matt got a little dizzy after all these spinning rides.

Next stop was the petting zoo. Gavin needed a chance to get out of the stroller and have some fun.

Alexa liked feeding the animals carrots.

Alexa thought this was Crush from the movie Finding Nemo.

This is the last ride that Daddy can tolerate for the night!

This little goat was trying to see if Gavin had any carrots under his shirt. When it decided that he did not, the goat head-butted him in the back!

This evening after Alexa's bath, I decided to blow dry her hair. While I was drying it, I brushed it to smooth out her fuzzies. I couldn't believe how it turned out. She's always had gorgeous hair, but her straightened locks completely changed her whole look. She looks so much older now. I look at her and feel like I can see what she'll look like as a teenager.

He's trying to dip his head in the water!

She likes to lean back and get her hair wet. I have to stay close because occasionally she'll flip over backwards!

He likes to be free to roam around in the water without the float, but I have to watch him like a hawk because he has no fear. He walks deeper and deeper until he loses his balance and goes under. Even then, that's not enough to scare him- he continues to go deeper!

Time to walk home for supper

They had a fun evening in the pool.

She loves coloring with her markers.

Big yawn! Somebody is getting sleepy!

Yes, my husband was eating ice cream straight from the container. Now he's got two little beggars!

Alexa's giving little brother kisses.

It's so cute how her hair curls up into ringlets after her bath. She has the most beautiful hair I've ever seen on a child.

Here's my "always happy" child.

I recently gave Gavin a haircut. It's amazing how much he's looking like Daddy!

Ready for school!

Her new favorite thing- the penguin backpack!

Gavin is always trying to pick Mommy's flowers.
