Alexa and Gavin are watching their favorite movie, "Elmo in Grouchland."

Their side profiles are starting to look more alike. The older Gavin gets, the more he looks like Alexa.

Gavin has recently been very interested in our dog, Gabbi. Poor dog barely gets laid down to rest and Gavin's crawling over to "pet" her. Luckily she is a very gentle dog and I don't have to worry when Gavin grabs at her face.

My only fear is that Gavin may get licked to death.

Now he's checking out her ears.

I was trying to get a cute picture of Alexa's new pajamas, but she wouldn't put down the teething ring. I've learned to just take the picture because if I take it away, she'll just throw a fit and the picture won't be good either way.

We always put the kids in their pajamas before our evening walk because they always fall asleep. It makes it easier for us to move them from the stroller to their cribs without waking them.

Alexa is giving Gavin a hug. How cute!

Now she's patting him on the back. We have to remind her to give "nice pats" because when she gets excited and carried away, the pats turn into big whams!

Animal Sounds by Alexa

Alexa has recently become very interested in crayons. Every night she tells me "Color! Yellow! Pink!" Now that Gavin can crawl, he wants to do whatever Alexa is doing. Alexa is starting to get annoyed with him bothering her all the time! Sometimes she shakes her finger at him and says, "No, Baby, No! MINE!"

Oops!

We got a new stroller today! I love it! It is a Baby Jogger City Elite. Gavin and Alexa are so comfortable in it and it is a dream to push around. These pictures were taken after our first evening walk with the new stroller.

Alexa can't escape her little brother.

Gavin has mastered crawling!

Gavin had fun playing on the new clubhouse climber tonight.

Alexa brought the phone to Gavin so that he could play with it.

Gavin's not sure about going down the slide yet.

Even Gabbi was invited into the clubhouse.

If you click on this picture to enlarge it, you can see Gavin's two new little teeth on the bottom.

We're still working hard on the potty training. This new seat is a great idea because Alexa can't get down on her own yet. With her little froggie potty chair, she would only sit for a few seconds and then she'd get up and run around. We gave her some junk mail to read.

She told me that she wanted to color, so I gave her an ink pen. I went to change Gavin's diaper in the next room and when I returned two minutes later, this is what I saw...

I found Alexa the cutest clubhouse climber. I bought it used from Craigslist. It is the perfect size for her and I don't worry about her falling down the slide because it is made for toddlers. She loves the telephone the best!

See the cute little skylight? How adorable!

She loves crawling through the tunnel.
